The following are the ingredients needed to bake a chocolate cake:
. One three quarter cup of flour
. Three quarter cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
. One and a half teaspoons baking powder
. One and a half teaspoons baking soda
. Two cup of sugar that is grind
. One teaspoon salt
. Two large eggs
. One cup milk
. Half cup vegetable oil
. Tow teaspoons of vanilla
. One cup boiling water
The following are the steps to bake after having the above ingredients:
. Preheat the oven to 175 degree centigrade.
. Combine all dry ingredients [flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt then mix
well.
. Add wet ingredient [ eggs, milk, oil and vanilla this will be added to the first mix of the dry ingredients
which after adding you will mix all together well again.
. Take thin apply it oil inside then put a half spoon of flour apply it also all of over the thin by doing this it
help while removing the cake to remove smoothly and easy with out remain in the thin.
. Bake for 30 -35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Lastly take the cake out of the oven after its ready then let it cool for 10 minute before inverting onto
wire racks to cool completely and will be ready to save and eat
